Ask Trusite

Ask what you would ask a friend who reads the filings.

Prices, charges, possession dates, what residents say, how a developer has delivered before. Every answer names its source. When the record cannot answer, Trusite says so. The last example is refused on purpose; try it.

How answers are checked

What Trusite will and will not tell you.

These checks run on every reply. The full method.

Numbers come from the record

A figure appears in a reply only if it exists in a price list, a filing or a register. A sentence whose number cannot be traced is removed before you see it, and the reply says so.

Quotes are checked against their source

A resident's complaint or a filing is matched back to the original text. A quote that cannot be found is dropped.

Some questions are refused

Price forecasts, valuations of your own home and legal opinions. You get what the record does hold instead.

For the one you are about to pay for, talk to a person.

Trusite answers from the record. A person has also stood in the building.
