You are not out of options if our answer does not satisfy you:
We will not treat escalation as hostile, and it will not affect any service you are receiving from us.
A specific and welcome case: you know a project on this site well and something we published about it is wrong. Write to hello@trusite.in with the project and what is wrong. You do not need to be a client, and you do not need to identify yourself beyond an address we can reply to.
Corrections improve the record for everyone reading it. We would rather be corrected than confident.
