What this site is

This site publishes analysis of residential projects in Gurugram, assembled from public registers, regulatory filings, published prices and resident reports. It is provided for information. It is not advice on any specific transaction, which is what our advisors are for and which involves looking at your circumstances.

Trusite is operated by Unifit Realty, a registered real-estate agent (514 of 2017), which is the promoter of no project described here.

Figures are indicative

Every figure is indicative and none is a quotation. Specifically:

• We publish no valuation. Nothing here may be used as a valuation for a loan, a dispute, a tax filing or any other purpose requiring a registered valuer.
• Prices change. A rate shown here is what was published when we last refreshed, carries the date it was current, and is not an offer capable of acceptance.
• Cost breakdowns are estimates. Statutory rates are current; other charges vary by project, tower, floor and date. Rely on the developer’s own cost sheet.
• The resale outlook is not a prediction of price. It describes conditions that affect how readily a home can be sold on. It is not a forecast and must not be read as one.
• Resale figures are asking prices rather than transaction prices.

Third-party information (registers, filings, published listings) is reproduced in good faith and may itself contain errors. Where we know a figure is uncertain, we mark it.

The gift

Where a project page states a gift value, it applies to a booking made through Trusite on a home sold by the developer, and it is written into the booking confirmation before you pay. It does not apply to a resale purchase from an existing owner. The value is fixed on the day you book, is delivered at registration, and may be taken from the catalogue or wholly in 24K gold. If a booking is cancelled or falls through, nothing is owed in either direction.

Using this site

You may read, print and share these pages, and quote from them with attribution. You may not scrape the site wholesale, republish the dataset, or present our analysis as your own. The compilation, the analysis and the wording are ours; the underlying public records are nobody’s.

Liability

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we correct errors when we find them or when they are pointed out. We do not accept liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information on this site. A property purchase warrants your own legal and financial advice, and we will encourage you to get it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
