Short version: browsing this site tells us nothing about you. If you contact us, we use what you send to answer you, and you can have it deleted by asking.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act your consent must be specific, informed, and as easy to withdraw as it was to give. We do not use a single blanket tick. Each purpose is asked for separately and recorded with the date you agreed:
You can withdraw any of these by writing to hello@trusite.in, and withdrawal takes effect immediately for everything except records we are legally required to keep.
You may ask us to: tell you what we hold about you; correct anything wrong; delete it; or tell you who else we have shared it with. Write to hello@trusite.in and we will respond within 30 days.
If we do not resolve it, you may complain to our grievance officer (details here) and, after that, to the Data Protection Board of India.
We do not sell contact details to developers, to other agents or to anyone else. It is the single most common thing done with a property enquiry in this market, and we do not do it.
We pass your details to a developer only when you ask us to, for a specific project, and we tell you when we have. Beyond that, the only third parties involved are the service providers that host this site and deliver our email, each bound to use the data solely to provide that service.
Contact details are held in access-controlled systems. Identity documents required for a transaction are held separately from everything else, and identifiers of the kind that enable fraud (government ID numbers in particular) are masked wherever they are not strictly needed. Where we detect such an identifier in material sent to us, it is masked automatically before storage.
