Trusite is a product of Unifit Realty. Anyone who introduces you to a property in Haryana must be registered with the state authority. Here is that registration, and why it matters to you.

Why this matters to you

Registration is not a badge. It carries obligations that protect you specifically:

  • An agent may not facilitate the sale of a project that itself should be registered and is not.
  • An agent must keep records of the transactions they facilitate.
  • An agent may not make a statement about a property that they know to be false, and that is enforceable.
  • You can complain about a registered agent to the authority, and there is a person to complain about.

Ask anyone else advising you on a Gurugram property for their registration number. If they cannot give you one, that is worth knowing before you pay anything.
