What you can actually buy

The homes in this project, and what each really costs per sqft

Straight from the builder’s own price list, line by line. The rate per sqft is computed from the price and the area on the same line.

We have the asking price but not the per-sqft rate. A rate needs unit-level areas with the basis stated (carpet or super built-up), and this project publishes prices without them. We will not divide a price by an area whose basis we cannot verify, because carpet and super differ by about 40% and the answer would be wrong either way. Ask us and we will get the figures from the builder.

What the builder leads with

the builder’s own claims, unverified
How much of this flat is mine?We do not know which area this price is quoted on
The price list does not say. A rate quoted on carpet area and the same rate quoted on super built-up describe homes of very different size, and without knowing which one this is we cannot tell you what you would be standing on. Ask us and we will get it in writing from the developer before you commit to anything.

What will I actually pay?

We can’t cost this one yet

No usable rate is published, so every line below it would be invented.
When do I have to find the money? No payment schedule we can verify
Not published for this project. The schedule decides whether you need a large sum in ninety days or a series of smaller ones over three years, and it varies between plans on the same project. Ask us and we will get the current one from the developer.

How would I pay for it?

Financing, and the gift on booking

Your gift on booking

iPhone Duo
Up to ₹23.1 L

e.g. an iPhone Duo and a MacBook Air, and the rest in 24K gold. Or the whole value in 24K gold.

Every eligible booking is guaranteed at least ₹4.6 L — the exact figure for your unit is confirmed in writing before you book.

Book through Trusite at the developer's own price. The gift value goes into your booking confirmation and is delivered at registration. How it works.

What am I paying extra for?

Not enough similar homes to compare this fairly

We need at least four genuinely comparable homes before putting a number on it.

A comparison built on two homes would look precise and be worthless.

What we could not work out for this one.
  • how it compares with similar homes — we do not hold enough comparable projects on the same area basis
  • a town-planning licence record we could match to this developer

And what people like about it

A page that lists only problems is as unbalanced as one that lists none. These come from the same source as the complaints above.

Positives

A place near to Rajiv chowk Gurgaon so basically the transport facility is too good and this area is having its small market where you may find all kind of daily need products so no one has to go any other market for it. roads are very good with street lights and there are many trees and gardens here which makes it too

Negatives

The negative part is very less here but somehow there are some like you will find difficulty in finding the flat here if you are a bachelor and the rent is high here as compared to other societies. and the entry and exit gate is having a limited time of openings

vikas meena · Tenant · 5Y ago · 4.8/5
Positives

Kirti Nagar metro connects the blue and green lines offering direct access acrross delhi including link towards noida and gurgaon via interchange at INA. Well connected roads located along ring road shivaji marg satguru ram singh road. This area is easily accessibly via bus ,auto cab.

Negatives

The first common dislike is traffic congestion. Since the area lies along the ring road and it's home to Asia's largest furniture market, the road is often crowded with vehicles. Another issue is the parking issue. And the other is high pollution

Rahul Prajapat · Tenant · 11mo ago · 3.7/5
Positives

Sector 15 is a good location to live in Gurgoan and it is close to NH 8. It is near with Sector 31 and Sector 14 and also attached with Sadar Baazar Gurgaon. It is situated in a place which is full of amenities like residential societies and schools and Hospitals. It is reach close from malls and main markets.

Negatives

Since it is near sadar bazaar a lot of traffic jams are always seen . The condition of the roads is not good at some areas. There is poor police patrolling. Since many companies are nearby parking issue still remains one's headache. The pollution level of the area is high . AQI remains above 400 and reach 600 in night.

Is the clubhouse worth it?We do not hold an amenity list for this one
Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.
What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.

Could I sell it again?

There is genuine, specific demand for this building — the best protection a buyer has if plans change.

Why

In its favour: Little competing supply — only 1 of 4 projects in Sector 15 are still under construction. Metro 3.0 km away — that widens the pool of people who can buy it from you.
