Positives

The roads are wide and the parks are clean in our area. There is no shortage of water. The quality of water is continuously available. The market is nearby. Additionally, the banks are within 2 km . The shopping malls, gym, swimming pool, Grocery store, restaurant, hotel, schools, park are within 3 km radius. The buses

The problem in our area is quality of water is not good because some stone particles are found in the water. There is traffic jams mainly during rainy days and peak hours. The streets are not clean and in some places there is holes in these streets.

The good thing about this place is that it is well connected and metro is just 2.0 Km away, hospitals like Artemis, W- Pratiksha and Max are in the vicinity. There are lots of good schools like HDFC school, Scottish high School, Presidium, Venkateshwar School etc are in Sector 57 only and Xavier's, DPS, Lotus Valley, G

Roads are in bad shape but this is a general problem with Gurgaon and is a temporary problem as this sector will soon come under MCG.
