What will I actually pay?
Offered as Down payment. The plan you choose changes when the money is due more than how much: a possession-linked plan defers most of it, and the developer prices that deferral in.

What people who live here actually report — plus the limits of our own answers, in the same list.
And what people like about it
A page that lists only problems is as unbalanced as one that lists none. These come from the same source as the complaints above.

Right now roads are not in a good condition because of construction work of Dwarka Expressway but I am sure within few months this problem will also get resolved.
There is no traffic jam nearby. The roads in the area are well maintained. The markets are at walking distance. The police in the area are frequently patrolling. There is no water shortage. As there are shopping mall being build in future there would be more fun living in this area.
The metro is moderately far. There is high pollution level. There are many construction site near by so there is a lot of dust and pollution in the air.
From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.
Could I sell it again?
You would be selling into a crowded market. That is survivable if you are living in it for fifteen years. It is a real problem if you are buying to exit in five.
