Carpet area is the floor inside your walls, and the figure RERA requires a developer to disclose. It is the smallest of the three figures you will be quoted, which is why a carpet rate looks higher than a super rate for the same home.

Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift depends on the unit

This one is delivered, so some homes here are sold by the developer and some by their owners.
Developer-sold unit: a gift up to ₹13.5 L on booking, e.g. an iPhone Duo and a MacBook Air, and the rest in 24K gold.
Resale from an owner: no gift. Everything else on this page still applies.

We can see 78 units on the market from owners here. Whether the developer also holds stock is the question we ask first.

Positives

Located just a few minutes' walk from the Dwarka Expressway, this area offers excellent connectivity to Delhi and IGI Airport. It features a peaceful environment with greenery and a well-planned road network, which helps reduce traffic congestion. Nearby are DPS and Scottish High School, as well as a shopping center wi

Negatives

Still under development, many entertainment facilities are not available here, and there are few big restaurants for dining. The area is less populated, so at night it feels like a desert. There is no metro station nearby, and public transport is also limited.

Positives

It’s a very nice society with all the amenities available. Almost all the online stores deliver here and other than that plenty of small shops have opened up in the adjoining areas. We also have two schools in the vicinity-Euro International and Gyaananda.Columbia Asia hospital is also nearby. One out of three Shopping m

Negatives

Right now roads are not in a good condition because of construction work of Dwarka Expressway but I am sure within few months this problem will also get resolved.

Owner of Property · 5Y ago · 4.7/5
Positives

There is no traffic jam nearby. The roads in the area are well maintained. The markets are at walking distance. The police in the area are frequently patrolling. There is no water shortage. As there are shopping mall being build in future there would be more fun living in this area.

Negatives

The metro is moderately far. There is high pollution level. There are many construction site near by so there is a lot of dust and pollution in the air.

Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.

The cost sheet for this one, on your numbers

The page above costs it on one conservative assumption. This is the same sheet composed for the configuration you are looking at and the way you will register it.

  • Stamp duty at your registration type — female, joint and male are three different numbers on the same flat
  • The registration fee banded on your actual consideration, not the ceiling
  • Development charges as this builder bills them, where we hold their sheet

  • Every line as a rupee figure for your carpet area
