How much of this flat is mine?We do not know which area this price is quoted on
The price list does not say. A rate quoted on carpet area and the same rate quoted on super built-up describe homes of very different size, and without knowing which one this is we cannot tell you what you would be standing on. Ask us and we will get it in writing from the developer before you commit to anything.

What will I actually pay?

We can’t cost this one yet

No usable rate is published, so every line below it would be invented.
When do I have to find the money? No payment schedule we can verify
Not published for this project. The schedule decides whether you need a large sum in ninety days or a series of smaller ones over three years, and it varies between plans on the same project. Ask us and we will get the current one from the developer.

How would I pay for it?

Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift

No gift on this one. It is a resale.

This project was handed over long enough ago that homes here change hands owner to owner. Everything on this page applies to it all the same.

The exception. If the developer still holds a unit here, it carries a gift up to ₹9 L. Worth one question; we will ask it.

What am I paying extra for?

Not enough similar homes to compare this fairly

We need at least four genuinely comparable homes before putting a number on it.

A comparison built on two homes would look precise and be worthless.

  • how it compares with similar homes — we do not hold enough comparable projects on the same area basis

This area is the best location in the city of Gurgaon. The area is at a static location of Cyber City. This is also closed to MG road and NH 36. Positives

Every morning the roads are properly cleaned by the municipality! The Ambience Mall is just 4 km away from the society, and DLF CyberHub, the most beautiful part of Gurugram, is only 800 meters away from the society along with the luxury wine shops of Gurugram too. The electricity supply is excellent. If anyone wants t

Negatives

The roads in the society are deplorable, and there is a lot of slippage during the rainy season. The streets flood with water and are pretty narrow, so traffic jams occur frequently. Additionally, the pollution level is much higher compared to other cities.
