The gift depends on the unit

This one is delivered, so some homes here are sold by the developer and some by their owners.

Resale from an owner: no gift. Everything else on this page still applies.

Dlf phase 4 is so good and area is well built there are so many society in like laburnum , Galleria, maruti vihar , chanderlok, and is very good in transportation facilities whether it's private or public. There are many malls in dlf phase 4 too ,like shara mall and mgf mall.drainage system is not so good in most areas

Positives

The society is located in a very porsh location. It has very good infrastructure. It has many amenities like swimming pool, club house facilities like Gym, indoor games etc. Roads are well maintained and drainage system is also very good. Parks inside the society is very well maintained and clean. Security guards are a

Negatives

Main problem with the society is the parking space. You have to face some issues with parking especially if you own many cars. Also it is a little expensive so it's not very feasible for a middle class family to Live here. Pollution is also a considerable factor sometimes.

Sumit · Tenant · 3Y ago · 4.6/5
Positives

It is one of the posh areas of Gurugram, I initially lived here for 4 years before buying my own 4 BHK builder floor, it comes with many facilities like being very near to the metro station, a good lawn to walk, many parks are available nearby where your children can play, they are well maintained with slides and swing

Negatives

Mosquitos create a menace here during the month of August to October the only way is to keep the door closed in the evening, there are a few cases of termites too in the house but everything can be treatable and you can easily get rid of them. Outside the locality, there is the problem of traffic jams and it will be a

-5%
Builder’s ask against the secondary market, both on a super built-up basis
The builder’s price and the secondary market are broadly in line. Across the projects we can measure, that is the normal case — the median gap is about −2%.
Read this carefully, because we had to make one assumption. Resale listings quote an area without saying whether it is carpet or super built-up; in Gurgaon resale, super built-up is the convention, so we treat them that way and the builder’s rate is already on that basis. Get this wrong and the gap moves by about 40 percentage points, which is exactly why we say so rather than printing a clean number. These are asking prices; Haryana publishes no transaction values at all.
