How much of this flat is mine?We do not know which area this price is quoted on
The price list does not say. A rate quoted on carpet area and the same rate quoted on super built-up describe homes of very different size, and without knowing which one this is we cannot tell you what you would be standing on. Ask us and we will get it in writing from the developer before you commit to anything.

What will I actually pay?

We can’t cost this one yet

No usable rate is published, so every line below it would be invented.
When do I have to find the money? No payment schedule we can verify
Not published for this project. The schedule decides whether you need a large sum in ninety days or a series of smaller ones over three years, and it varies between plans on the same project. Ask us and we will get the current one from the developer.

How would I pay for it?

Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift

No gift on this one. It is a resale.

This project was handed over long enough ago that homes here change hands owner to owner. Everything on this page applies to it all the same.

The exception. If the developer still holds a unit here, it carries a gift up to ₹10.8 L. Worth one question; we will ask it.

What am I paying extra for?

Not enough similar homes to compare this fairly

We need at least four genuinely comparable homes before putting a number on it.

A comparison built on two homes would look precise and be worthless.

Positives

I took a flat last year in this society and I really like Block-A DLF City Phase 1, it's quite peaceful compared to many parts of gurgaon. The streets are clean most of the times and there's a good amount of greenery around, which is rare these days. The maintenance of those are well taken care of by society workers. L

Negatives

One thing I dont like about block-A is that during peak hours, traffic can get really stuck, especially near golf course road. sometimes it really get noisy too due to construction nearby. Also, its not budget friendly, so only consider if you can survive the maintenance here as those are very high. Also, during rain o

Positives

The society has a good infrastructure, roads are wide and well maintained. Also there are lush green parks equiped with swings for children to play. The hygiene and cleanliness is well maintained by the management. Security is also good, there are cctv cameras installed everywhere along and guards are also present 24*7

Negatives

The major problem which we have to face is the pollution. Air quality is not very good. And because of heavy traffic there is a constant problem of traffic jam. Construction activities are also going on at nearby locations so we have to tolerate the noice. In summers its ho hot in Delhi ncr and 8n rainy season there is
