Where is it, really?
Named places with measured distances, as published for this project.
Sector 10A, Gurgaon as published

Every line is computed from a record we hold, and names it.
What’s the catch?
What people who live here actually report — plus the limits of our own answers, in the same list.
And what people like about it
A page that lists only problems is as unbalanced as one that lists none. These come from the same source as the complaints above.
Is the paperwork clean?
Straight from the Haryana RERA register and the Town & Country Planning licence rolls.
Will they actually deliver?
Portfolio from our own corpus; licences and refused applications from the Town & Country Planning rolls.
How those 1 ended
A large developer files many applications — read this beside the licences they did get.
Their other projects we track
We publish these whether they flatter the project or not. These are for the sector rather than this specific building, and are labelled as such.
Honestly, there are no significant advantages to living here. The only possible positive is location convenience—if your workplace is nearby, this area can be considered to reduce commute time. Basic markets and daily-needs shops are available in the surrounding area, which offer some convenience.
This place is dominated by negative aspects. My experience in Gurgaon, particularly in this sector and nearby, was extremely disappointing. Air pollution is severe, and the surroundings are unhygienic. Footpaths are blocked by homeowners parking cars and by shopkeepers, forcing pedestrians onto the road. During the ra
Sector 10-A is one of the best sectors in Gurgaon for people who want all the benefits of living in the NCR region without causing a dent in their pockets. It has almost all the famous food chains like Domino's, Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, Om Sweets, Sham Sweets, Kwality Cakes, and other than that massive food market
Although there is almost nothing to dislike about Sector 10-A but still if I have to list some cons at any cost, then I would start with mentioning that it doesn't have metro connectivity yet and nearest metro station (Huda City Center) is more than 10kms away. While that can be managed using awesome cabs and autos fac
Sector 10A is located nearby Hero Honda chowk and all basic aminities like banks , school and hospitals are there. Proper Huda market with restaurants like domino’s and pizza hut. Roads are wide enough and neat. Propper parks and temples are there. Metro station is 10km away. Rajiv chowk is 2km away. This area is safe
There is a problem of poor public transport. Power can be cut frequently. No Police patrolling can be seen there at day time. Parks are far away from there and those parks are not properly maintained, grasses are not trimmed on time. Water problem is common here. Due to heavy rush of vehicles, traffic jam is so common
A mixed list: a core of ordinary building services with a handful of things that carry an ongoing cost.
