Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift depends on the unit

This one is delivered, so some homes here are sold by the developer and some by their owners.
Developer-sold unit: a gift up to ₹6.8 L on booking, e.g. an iPhone Duo and a MacBook Air, and the rest in 24K gold.
Resale from an owner: no gift. Everything else on this page still applies.

We can see 49 units on the market from owners here. Whether the developer also holds stock is the question we ask first.

Positives

It features a peaceful environment with greenery and a well-planned road network, which helps reduce traffic congestion. Nearby are DPS and Scottish High School, as well as a shopping center wi

Negatives

Still under development, many entertainment facilities are not available here, and there are few big restaurants for dining. The area is less populated, so at night it feels like a desert. There is no metro station nearby, and public transport is also limited.

Negatives

Right now roads are not in a good condition because of construction work of Dwarka Expressway but I am sure within few months this problem will also get resolved.

Owner of Property · 5Y ago · 4.7/5
Positives

There is no traffic jam nearby. The roads in the area are well maintained. The markets are at walking distance. The police in the area are frequently patrolling. There is no water shortage. As there are shopping mall being build in future there would be more fun living in this area.

Negatives

The metro is moderately far. There is high pollution level. There are many construction site near by so there is a lot of dust and pollution in the air.
