The gift

No gift on this one. It is a resale.

This project was handed over long enough ago that homes here change hands owner to owner. Everything on this page applies to it all the same.

The exception. If the developer still holds a unit here, it carries a gift up to ₹50 L. Worth one question; we will ask it.

Positives

DLF Phase 5 is one of the finest places. I have been living here for around 2 years now. the connectivity here is fantastic. The MG Road and Golf Course Road both are nearby and super convenient. Rapid Metro Station (DLF Phase 5 station) is also within walking distance, which helps in the daily commute. The Gurgaon-Far

Negatives

The main issue I see is traffic. Golf Course Road can be jam-packed during office hours, especially near the DLF Phase 5 metro crossing. Also, property prices here are super high. Rent and purchase both are costly, so not suitable if u are looking for budget friendly options. Another thing is, few inner lanes sometimes

Yuvraj Singh · Former Resident · 1Y ago · 4.5/5
Positives

I have been living here since 2015. I have seen exponential development here; there are so many builder floors, and people from all across the country live here. It is well connected with public transport and a metro station. I moved into my 4 BHK builder floor in 2016, and the majority of the houses are made up of goo

Negatives

There are many plot land which is empty and no construction is made here. So people dispose their garbage here. There are many parks in the locality but none of them is big enough to support the playing of outdoor games like cricket and football so a specific playground is much needed and the cleaning of the empty plot

What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

-5%
Builder’s ask against the secondary market, both on a super built-up basis
The builder’s price and the secondary market are broadly in line. Across the projects we can measure, that is the normal case — the median gap is about −2%.
Read this carefully, because we had to make one assumption. Resale listings quote an area without saying whether it is carpet or super built-up; in Gurgaon resale, super built-up is the convention, so we treat them that way and the builder’s rate is already on that basis. Get this wrong and the gap moves by about 40 percentage points, which is exactly why we say so rather than printing a clean number. These are asking prices; Haryana publishes no transaction values at all.
