Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift depends on the unit

This one is delivered, so some homes here are sold by the developer and some by their owners.
Developer-sold unit: a gift up to ₹7.5 L on booking, e.g. an iPhone Duo and a MacBook Air, and the rest in 24K gold.
Resale from an owner: no gift. Everything else on this page still applies.

Positives

The shopping malls, hospital, banks are within 5km. Metro is 10 minutes away and grocery shops are at walking distance. We have lots of society and children have proper parks to play in, in the evening. We have the facility of bus right outside our society. Even we have markets for fulfilling our basic needs.

Negatives

There is frequent power cut and the footpath is cover by leaves and there is no proper cleaning system. The buses are very old modelled. There aren't enough sports Institute near by for the kids to play in evening. It is not safe for the kids to roam outside the society due to people consuming alcohol nearby our societ

The crimes rate is probably 0 and there is no scenario for traffic jams. Cabs can easily identify your locality. You don't need to worry about the parkin

Negatives

The area is not safe at night(if you are without your vehicle). There are frequent power cuts which irritates a lot. Jio Fiber connectivity is not in the area yet. Moreover, though there is no shortage of water but the water that comes here is too brine. It has loads of salt content here. But you can obviously prevent

Negatives

The are is often non hygienic and dirty. The streets are constructed within short space and there are often cases of road rage and local fights. The monsoon season destroys the roads and create a water congestion which leads to traffic jams. There are chances of thefts and robberies and chain snatching because of the
