What you can actually buy

The homes in this project, and what each really costs per sqft

Straight from the builder’s own price list, line by line. The rate per sqft is computed from the price and the area on the same line.

ConfigurationAreaBasisPricePer sqft
Second Floor850 sq.ft
≈ 552 sqft carpet
Super Built-up——
Third Floor850 sq.ft
≈ 552 sqft carpet
Super Built-up——

All rates per super built-up sqft, so projects compare directly. How the figures are built

What the builder leads with

the builder’s own claims, unverified
How much of this flat is mine?We do not know which area this price is quoted on
The price list does not say. A rate quoted on carpet area and the same rate quoted on super built-up describe homes of very different size, and without knowing which one this is we cannot tell you what you would be standing on. Ask us and we will get it in writing from the developer before you commit to anything.

What will I actually pay?

We can’t cost this one yet

No usable rate is published, so every line below it would be invented.
When do I have to find the money? No payment schedule we can verify
Not published for this project. The schedule decides whether you need a large sum in ninety days or a series of smaller ones over three years, and it varies between plans on the same project. Ask us and we will get the current one from the developer.

How would I pay for it?

Financing, and the gift on booking

Your gift on booking

iPhone Duo
Up to ₹4.2 L

e.g. an iPhone Duo, and the rest in 24K gold. Or the whole value in 24K gold.

Every eligible booking is guaranteed at least ₹83,000 — the exact figure for your unit is confirmed in writing before you book.

Book through Trusite at the developer's own price. The gift value goes into your booking confirmation and is delivered at registration. How it works.

No measured distances published for this project.

What am I paying extra for?

Not enough similar homes to compare this fairly

We need at least four genuinely comparable homes before putting a number on it.

A comparison built on two homes would look precise and be worthless.

  • how it compares with similar homes — we do not hold enough comparable projects on the same area basis

Is the clubhouse worth it?We do not hold an amenity list for this one
Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.
What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.

Could I sell it again?
