Positives

I like the most about my locality is this area has plenty of PG accommodations nearby. Which makes it really a convenient for people like me. The closed proximity of this PG means I don't have to worry about long commutes, and I have access to all essential services which make daily life simpler and more comfortable.

Negatives

While they are many convenience in the locality, there are a few drawbacks that can be frustrating. One of the main issues is narrow passageways, which can become extremely congested, specially during peak hours. The limited space often makes it difficult to navigate, weather on foot or by vehicle. Another challenge is

Is the clubhouse worth it?We do not hold an amenity list for this one
Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.
What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.
