Financing, and the gift on booking

The gift depends on the unit

This one is delivered, so some homes here are sold by the developer and some by their owners.
Developer-sold unit: a gift up to ₹5.8 L on booking, e.g. an iPhone Duo and a MacBook Air, and the rest in 24K gold.
Resale from an owner: no gift. Everything else on this page still applies.

The community is kept in order by various clubs and there are no reports of serious crimes in Sector 108. The police frequently patrol the area, and the environment around it is exceptionally clean and hygiene. There are also several schools and colleges nearby. Negatives

The infrastructure in this area is lacking. There are frequent power outages, and property prices are high. Public transportation is inadequate with no caps or autos available. The lack of rickshaw services doesn't help either. The area is also known for dust pollution. There are no shopping malls nearby.

Kazhip Hafiz · Former Resident · 1Y ago · 3.4/5
Positives

Here are many good things, like good roads and great connections with metros and public transportation, which is very convenient. There are also many luxury facilities available, and cabs are easily accessible. Schools are nearby, making it good for children, and there is also a park within walking distance.

Negatives

In this area, there are many problems with traffic jams, and not many parking spaces are available, which is not ideal. There are also frequent power cuts, very high air and water pollution, and water shortages, so these are some things that are not good.
