Super built-up area includes your share of the lobby, the stairs, the lifts, the corridors and the clubhouse. You pay for all of it and you can stand on none of it. In Gurugram the floor you actually get is commonly around a third smaller than the number on the price list.

No loading factor published. Measuring one needs the same home quoted on both bases, and no project here does that, so the field stays blank.

Negatives

This area is not safe to go outside at night or alone.frequent crimes reported here. Poor public transport connectivity, average road conditions, no park facility are major drawbacks. Hospitals, banks, shopping mall, restaurant, good schools are very far from here. Also dust pollution is a major issue.

Positives

Grocery shops, beauty salon, drycleaning shops are within walking distance. ola and uber cab facilities are easily available. water is available 24*7. Low traffic jam and ample parking space is available.

Tenant · 5Y ago · 3.2/5

The infrastructure is good as per the flat price and this sector is still out emerging .We have new roads and market just in the vicinity. The dislike about the speed breakers, there are too many not properly created speed breakers on the society front.

Amar Singh · Owner of Property · 5Y ago · 3.35/5
Positives

New malls opening everywhere including 3 roads ellan and office spaces more than 15 societies all good nice connectivity to the city everything available in the markets gyms supermarkets and all other daily need shops

Negatives

Bad public transport I love the area ☺️ do not have any negatives

Is the clubhouse worth it?We do not hold an amenity list for this one
Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.
What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.
