Positives

The locality is absolutely wonderful and would be a great choice for people who look out for convenience, the people in the locality are quite friendly and easy acces to shops and nearby market makes it even more better, the nearby parks and green spaces give out wonderful fresh air that makes it even more relaxing, the f

Negatives

Some of the things I dislike about the locality is lack of public transport facilities mainly buses ,if you do not have a personal vehicle you may find traveling a bit challenging but if you have your own vehicle you'll be fine,so next thing depend on the area some where there are alot of shops and somewhere there are

Abhishek · Tenant · 3Y ago · 4.6/5
Positives

The school, colleges, autos , taxis , Ola , Uber, buses are easily available within 10 minutes in this locality. The streets are well maintained and there are so many trees in our area. Pub, medical shops, restaurant, hotel, malls are available within 3 km. Additionally, there is more parking space for vehicles.

Negatives

There are very few problems in this area like no police patrolling in our locality and there is lack of street lights. My neighbour's bike was stolen . Additionally, since it's highly residential area there is more dust pollution due to construction work in our locality.

Ravi Shastri · Owner of Property · 2Y ago · 4.8/5
Positives

All the required necessary facilities are provided in the locality and nearby areas like dairy hospitals banks etc.

Negatives

The traffic here is a major disdvantage for anyone living in this locality which causes huge air pollution.

Is the clubhouse worth it?We do not hold an amenity list for this one
Nothing published we can verify. Older projects often have no itemised list, and a marketing page that says "world-class amenities" is not a list. Ask us and we will walk the site with you.
What does it actually resell for?The price people are really asking on the secondary market

From resale listings circulating in Gurgaon trading groups — a market roughly three times the size of the new-build one.

We haven’t seen resale listings for this project in the trading groups we follow. For a project still under construction that is normal — there is nothing to resell yet.

Could I sell it again?

In a few years, when it’s finished

Hard to resell
bottom fifth of Gurgaon

You would be selling into a crowded market. That is survivable if you are living in it for fifteen years. It is a real problem if you are buying to exit in five.

Why

6 of the 8 projects in Sector 36A are still being built. Most finish around when yours does — you would be one seller among many.
pipeline
Nearest metro is 10.7 km away. Every resale buyer needs a car, which narrows the pool.
connectivity
You would be buying near the top of this price band, so the market has to move before you break even.
