It is less crowded and less traffic. Many buildings coming up close by. Close to Dwarka expressway but it will take many years to start.

Negatives

G99 uppal’s plots are way too expensive compared to facilities there. Water supply is a big problem. No govt water supply. Property dealers are escalating prices on their own. Better to look for other places.
