If you want nice school and well equipped hospital then people have to travel 4-5 kms to meet their requirements. As it's a newly constructed area so many facilities are still not available like metro connectivity, malls , cafe etc. Road are not very well maintained during rainy season.

There are not much of negative thing about this locality everything is perfect . The only problem is the malls and some buildings are still under construction in this area so sometimes there is some noise but not at night and right now due to covid it's all on pause.
